Cancellation Policy

Order alterations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, orders cannot be altered. Order cancellations are not accepted. 

Orders will not be cancelled, altered, or refunded to include a coupon code that was not originally used in your order. In other words, discounts will not be added after the fact. Any orders that have been cancelled only to be re-placed with a new discount code will be immediately refunded to the customer and cancelled, minus a 20% fee. Please be mindful and honest to include any coupons, discounts, or gift cards during your original checkout process - I'm happy to provide them with each order. 

In order to begin an order alteration, email me at hello@shopfluxstudio.com with the name, order number, and email address/phone number used for the order. Please let me know what part(s) of your order you'd like to alter.  

Though these policies may seem overwhelming, I keep them here as precautions. I'm very understanding and happy to help if you feel your situation is unique. I only aim to protect myself and my brand and have added these policies from experience. Thank you for your respect, honesty, and understanding.
