Every customer receives a polishing cloth with their first order to prolong the shine of the jewelry and remove any dirt that accumulates over time. A quick wipe down every week or two would do the trick, and wearing your pieces consistently will provide a protective layer of natural skin oils over the metal that slows down tarnishing by reducing its exposure to air.
Though regular care is required, these pieces are generally low-maintenance. I wear my Hammered Sleeper Claw Studs in the shower with me, and I like to wash/wipe them down every couple weeks (ensuring my products are free of harsh chemicals). Following the jewelry care guidelines is highly suggested to maintain the beauty and integrity of the pieces over time, but I know it might be tough to remember every detail. Just do what's best in your environment, for your body, and with your jewelry!
See here for the guidelines to jewelry care so you know how to nurture your jewelry at home. Each customer receives a physical card copy of these guidelines with their first purchase for easy access. Know that these pieces can be around for years to come if you care for them.
