Shipping policy

I ship your jewelry through USPS Ground Advantage (Standard service), unless an expedited method is chosen by you at checkout. I make each piece by hand as orders are placed, so allow 1-3 days for your jewelry to ship. Orders are shipped on Mondays - if Monday is a federal holiday, orders will ship on Tuesday. Typically, shipping can take 1-7 days depending on your location (excluding Sundays and holidays), but your tracking information will display the delivery date. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated.

The same as domestic orders, international orders are shipped 1-3 days after the orders are placed. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Any taxes or duties are to be paid on your end. Flux Studio is not responsible for any packages held in customs and not delivered to their respective destinations. I will not issue any refunds or exchanges for those orders, as I am not in control of shipping overseas. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated.
