Shipping policy

I ship your jewelry through USPS Ground Advantage (Standard service), unless an alternative method is chosen by you at checkout. I make each piece by hand as orders are placed, so allow 3-5 business days for your jewelry to ship. Typically, shipping can take 1-7 days, sometimes up to 21 days during busy times, depending on your location and the shipping speed selected by you at checkout (excluding Sundays and holidays). All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated or asked.

The same as domestic orders, international orders are shipped 3-5 business days after the orders are placed. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. International shipments from the United States can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to deliver, but the exact time frame will depend on your location and the shipping speed chosen by you at checkout (where the delivery date is provided). Any taxes or duties are to be paid on your end. Flux Studio is not responsible for any packages held in customs and not delivered to their respective destinations. I will not issue any refunds or exchanges for those orders, as I am not in control of shipping. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated or asked.
