Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (United States)
I ship your jewelry through USPS Ground Advantage and receive package pick-ups on Mondays from the post office. I make each piece by hand as orders are placed, so allow 1-2 weeks for your jewelry to ship. Typically, shipping can take 1-7 days depending on your location (excluding Sundays and holidays). All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. 
International Shipping
The same as domestic orders, international orders are shipped 1-2 weeks after the orders are placed. International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Any taxes or duties should be paid on your end. FLUX is not responsible for any packages held in customs and not delivered to their respective destinations. I will not issue any refunds or exchanges for those orders, as I am not in control of shipping overseas. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. 
Returns & Exchanges
If you'd like to return an item, I will accept anything unworn and non-customized for a refund or an exchange.
Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange, then you have 14 days after that to ship the item(s) back. I 
will refund you or send out an exchange upon receipt of your returned item(s). 
Custom projects cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like an alteration to an item or you've changed your mind about what you want after receiving a custom item, please contact me. I will charge an additional price of what I think is fair to re-make or alter the item. 
Jewelry Damages & Repairs
If your jewelry is damaged within the first 30 days of wearing, please reach out to me for a repair. 
After initial contact for a repair, you (the customer) will have 14 days to return the item(s) for repair. 
I do not give refunds or exchanges for any damaged items after 7 days upon receipt. If you know something happened to the jewelry on your part and it wasn’t a mistake in the jewelry’s production, be honest about it. I respect and appreciate honestly and will happily help if something did truly break. 
Lost, Mishandled, or Neglected Jewelry
I DO NOT give refunds or replacements for jewelry that was lost, mishandled, or neglected after purchasing. Double check your ring size, bracelet length, etc. before purchasing so it fits you correctly. Please take good care of your fine jewelry pieces and keep track of them! I am not able to keep track of it for you once it leaves me/my studio. Although my jewelry is designed to be worn every day, please do your part in the care process.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Any packages that have been lost in the delivery system, or stolen/missing upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). FLUX is not responsible for any lost, undeliverable, or missing packages.
