Domestic Shipping (United States)
I ship your accessories from Carver, MA through USPS First Class and receive frequent package pick-ups from the post office. I make each piece by hand as orders are placed, so please be patient and give 1-5 days for orders to ship out. Typically, shipping can take 1-7 days depending on your location (excluding Sundays and holidays). Keep in mind that USPS could experience some delays in deliveries due to Covid-19 All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. 
International Shipping
The same as domestic orders, international orders are shipped 1-5 days after the orders are placed. International shipping rates are a flat rate of $10USD - no matter where you're from. Any taxes or duties should be paid on your end upon delivery. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR COUNTRY IS ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES! Flux Studio is not responsible for any packages held in customs and not delivered to their respective destinations. I will not issue any refunds or exchanges for those orders, so PLEASE check before placing any order to your country! All orders are shipped with a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. 
Returns & Exchanges
If you'd like to return an item, I will accept anything unworn and non-customized for a refund or an exchange.
Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange, then you have 14 days after that to ship the item(s) back. I 
will refund you or send out an exchange upon receipt of your returned item(s). 
Custom projects cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like an alteration to an item or you've changed your mind about what you want after receiving a custom item, please contact me. I will charge an additional price of what I think is fair to re-make or alter the item. 
Jewelry Damages & Repairs
If your jewelry is damaged within the first 30 days of wearing, please reach out to me for a refund, exchange, or repair.
I do not give refunds or exchanges for any damaged items after 7 days upon receipt.
I will gladly pay for a jewelry repair along with a return label for the item(s) and the shipping label back to you, as long as you contact me within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and ship them back within 14 additional days.
After initial contact for a repair, you (the customer) will have 14 days to return the item(s) for repair. If you contact me after the 30 days of wearing, you (the customer) will be responsible for the repair and shipping costs. 
Lost, Mishandled, or Neglected Jewelry
I DO NOT give refunds or replacements for jewelry that was lost, mishandled, or neglected after purchasing. Double check your ring size, bracelet length, etc. before purchasing so it fits you correctly. If you know something happened on your part and it wasn’t a mistake in the jewelry’s production, be honest about it. I respect and appreciate honestly and will happily help if something did break. Please do not contact me to say something “broke” when it was just misplaced or mishandled. I will not refund you; you’ll simply have to buy a new piece. Please take good care of your fine jewelry pieces and keep track of them! I am not able to keep track of it for you once it leaves me/my studio. Although my jewelry is designed to be worn every day, please please do your part in the care process! 
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Any packages that have been lost in the delivery system, or stolen/missing upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). Flux Studio is not responsible for any lost, undeliverable, or missing packages. I don’t control the mail. 

Please keep in mind I am a working person with a busy schedule and my time is just as valuable as yours! Please adhere to these policies above and return any items in a timely manner. Thank you!
