Cancellation/Alteration Policy
Order cancellations or alterations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order (only for products that have not been customized). After 1 hour, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Cancellations and alterations only apply to unfulfilled/unshipped products that are not customized.
A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund for transaction fees.
Orders will not be cancelled, altered, or refunded to include a coupon code that was not originally used in your order. In other words, discounts will not be added after the fact. Any orders that have been cancelled only to be re-placed with a new discount code will be immediately refunded minus a 20% fee. Please be mindful and honest to include any coupons, discounts, or gift cards during your original checkout process.
In order to begin a cancellation or alteration, email me at hello@shopfluxstudio.com with the name, order number, and email address/phone number used for the order. Please let me know what part(s) of your order you'd like to cancel or alter. If you'd like to receive the refund back to your original form of payment, as store credit, or as both, please specify. Afterwards, you will receive a notification that the refund has started. Please give 3-10 business days for the transaction to be rectified in your account.
