Each earring is 1” long. Each hoop hinge pulls out of the hoop/tube, then tucks back into the tube to close them. 

Jewelry Care:

Tanzanite has a hardness of 6 to 7 on the Mohs scale - it’s a relatively soft stone and can break when struck hard. When wearing the earrings, try not to wear anything on top of them, like headphones or anything heavy that may damage the stones. Tanzanite is stable under normal conditions, but can shatter if exposed to sudden changes in temperature. 

Apply lotions and sprays before putting on jewelry

Remove jewelry before sleeping or vigorously exercising so it won't break

Avoid wearing jewelry in chlorine and salt water - dry if wet

Clean jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth after each use

Store in an air-tight container/jewelry box away from other gems/jewelry that may scratch the stones
